Hungary is not that much richer, trust me on that. In Lebanon we have an olympic and sport committees who never did anythinig.
When was the last time we saw
amateur events in Lebanon for kayaking, arching, or any other sport besides basketball and football on TV? No organized events, nothing to draw attention to people.
Not everything requires money, you need first to stimulate the people, make events and venues for amateurs. After that will some people decide to go pro, but no one will go right away to decide to become a professional olympic kayak rower for example.
That's where the responsibility of those wankers in the committee is.
