Ur worries are legitimate and reasonable!the properties are over-priced,not bc of their portfolio,but bc of external reasons. The expatriates are themselves causing this push in prices,refer to Dalzi's post expats believe they should buy now, bc they think prices will rise further...and this is the main reason for the hike in prices.
