As I said earlier:
I really hope the ministry of Energy and Water will relaunch the plan of Dr. Fadi Commair (in 2002) whose aim was to distribute water resources all over the country through the construction of nearly 20 dams. Lebanon will then stock 800 millions m³ of water every year and produce 100 MW of electricity (nearly 5% of the total national production) thanks to the realization of this plan. |
