I smoked before around 30cig a day,I would like to quit but i just can't i feel so angry when i don't i know many say it is in your mind only and i think it is true as when i am in a country which you have to pay like 12 dollars the packet you think twice before smoking it all besides that cig are banned in public places in many countries and even in pubs and even outdoors if covered so now i smoke less like 15 cig a day..but unfortunately in lebanon cig are so cheap that many lebanese people smoke lots cause it is affordable and you have the freedom to smoke in many places..so i hope that one day the cost of packet rises and be banned in many places so that people start smoking less... |
