Maybe the government should declare that " it wants to open independent peace negotiations with Israel much like sister Syria has"... (though you cannot negotiate something you do not control!)... What would be the reaction of HA I wonder? which part of Lebanon would they invade this time around in response!
The state of Lebanon is nothing less than a HA hostage today...
