I read your thread Joseph and it baffled me in a way. What do you suggest exactly? what is your solution? I know what the weapons are for, I know what they'll be used for, and I know the purpose behind them
I understand your fears and the fears of others, but if you think logically you'll understand that these weapons are a blessing to Lebanon not a curse like some people are trying to make them.
We don't use them against Lebanese, and we don't want to change Lebanon. We like it the way it is.
We don't need to give assurances because no one wants to listen to them. They want us to disarm and than they want to decide our future and those of our people, our women and children.
Their future is decided by us not by the politicians sitting in a saraya trying to make money off the back of the poor and the oppressed.
If you truly understand the strength of HA your post would be completely different. I don't blame you for not understanding, but it doesn't take much to know our intentions, and our vision.
Honor is a word we use a lot. We use it because it is the building block of who we are. It is very important to us to do what we say we want to do. There are no lies from HA, what you hear from them is what's gonna happen.
Listen carefully Joseph, and read a lot, maybe you'll be able to at least appreciate what HA truly is.
If this thread evolves more, I'll come back and maybe shed some light on certain things relating to HA, not for our sake but for the sake of those who don't understand us.
