it's true that the region is booming, and there are 2 particular persons in charge of the building process, one of the them with the higher price because he provides everything in the house and the other with less price because there's not essential matter like chauffage and stuff...
the first one is also known to have a better finissage from the inside and the outside, w bilabess the building in a beautiful way...
but it's true that there's a lot of construction work in the region, a lot! before i travelled, my building was the first one 3ala el mafra', now there are 2 buildings on each side of the road... i think the fact that this region is calm is attracting people, simply hope it will remain that way...
