uff! this is too much,
most of the buildings in Mar Takla are considered a la rigueur luxurious from the inside and the outside, but i believe those guys went for the extra high standards,
plus you have to take into consideration the semasar, the registration issue w akid the fact that they are capable to buy so maybe they didnt ask for a reduction! and akid the fact that guy raised the price because he saw Gulf foreigners!
