Real Estate is a hot topic in Lebanon as Lebanese who are thinking of buying flats, houses or lands since a general perception is that prices will continue on going up.

Let's use this thread to update each others on the prices and availability of real estate in Lebanon, we can structure it in terms of regions and price per m2.

For example:

Lands in Baabda, average price 50$ per m2

Lands in Baalbeck, average price 25$ per m2 for agricultural areas, 35$ for residential areas.

Apartments in Saida, average price 800$ per m2 for new buildings, 500$ for old

Etc..
