Secularism is a strategic positionning not a tactical one, so it cannot be implemented in 3 years, maybe not even 30 years
Opening the christian street (its initial playground) to the shiite street is a step towards secularism cos it allows ppl to talk and know each other, maybe someday they wi be able to vote for someone, not because of his sect, but because of his ideas
Moses spent 40 years in the desert as per the Lebanese ppl, they haven't left Egypt yet :-) that was a very secular intermed :-)
