Sounds pretty logical to me. There is the same amount of ground for both scenarios. The whole world, minus a few countries, have been sitting on Syria's head for over a year now. Syria needed to relieve some of the tension. Likewise, Israel has been hunting this man for some time now. A third, less possible scenario with less ground is that Hezbollah themselves killed him as an excuse to fight Israel,
