You are talking about that ridiculous Lebanese amnesty thing, the criminals gathered, and agreed to forgive themselves, make a government, and make a lot of money.

But that doesnt mean that internationally they should get an amnesty, especially on crimes against humanity. The least thing the international criminal court cares about is that "amnesty" invented by the Lebanese criminals.
