Abufijli, you seem to be very worried but remember stress is part of life and we should get used to it.
Try to spend some of your time doing activities that can make you feel exhausted like martial art! You'll feel tired at night and sleep better.

Don't take life personally. Sometimes I get stressed with exams at uni, or when I am waiting for something that never comes, etc, and in those times my mind goes blank . But then I ask myself why should I care with things I cannot change most of the time?

Prolonged stress can make you more susceptible to certain illnesses like depression, panic disorder heart palpitations and it will ruin your humor!
Try the acunpunture, it made wonders to my sister! And talk to God (I highly recommend this one!).
