AbuFijli ..why dont you go and see a doctor for this ..or do some yoga..or any kind of relaxing exercises.. somtimes I get those chest pains too .. I get headaches too when Im stressed and I cnat talk to anyone without shouting at them .. even if Im talking in a nice way I feel as if Im shouting ..I tried taking magnesium .. It worked ralxed my muscles and nerves too .. and I cut down on coffee .. instead of having 4 cups a day I have 2 ..
