well,
i studied german for 3 years, i can understand most of a conversation but since i only practice it 2 hours a week i can't really say i speak it...i understand it plutot.
i'm currently studying japanese as well, i have an intermediate level...which reminds me that i have an exam on saturday
but that's a language i'm determined to speak fluently!!
