Not necesseraly:) It is also a matter of maturity + psychological factors, and also whether the couple is in harmony with each other etc.. so many things which will determine by either side when they come.

Really now Nip/Tuck comes into my mind, where the young boy bc of the pressure of his gf, and bc of trend he made a circumcision. From the movie it didnt turn out whether the smell played also a role in his decision.
