Thanks for mentioning, I heard about this aspect too. I guess it can be avoided if one takes care really properly, and maybe uses special cosmetics to cleansen it, but do all uncircumcised men take care about that properly?
Before men get enraged here:D:P yes women shall take care of themselves properly too, in the same way using cosmetics and special cleansening stuffs for women, as they also have some parts where they need to take care properly to avoid odors!
So hygieny and fresh smell is very basic, if you dont want to scare away your partner
