As for the ones who said that breasts should be eliminated (given as an example to prove something else as I understood it to be) in order to reduce or eliminate breast cancer, well studies show that if a woman breast feeds her child, she is less likely to develop breast cancer. Therefore, my suggestion is "if you have them, use them... You'll both help your baby and save yourself."
Also, for those who are asking about the states and if circumcission is a common practice there, well it is all entirely up to the parents... In California, the matter is left up to the parents and their advice "Research it, and see for yourself. It is after all your decision."
Whatever medical studies prove or do not prove... one can still go either way, and from what I have read in this regards is that the biggest complaint that uncircumcized men have is the odor produced from the secreted fluids that get stuck under the foreskin... and that they have to bathe many many many times a day to get rid of it...
