The difference between Germany or Italy is that both countries have actually admitted their massacres and have been paying ther duties ever since. Turkey not only didn;t pay anything, but still doesnt admit those massacres. This is what people want, that they admit and ask for forgiveness. If this is not etsablished, these people who have suffered so much can not move forward.
