These people are not the minority. They are easily half the population. I wonder how you fail to see this given the current political climate of the United States today, and the support for Bush by the Christian Right. I do not deny that many more teenagers there have sexual intercourse than in other countries (like those of the Middle East), but that doesn't mean that most of them have access to information at school. There is a lot of ignorance out there, and the rising fundamentalism is not helping either.
