Unfortunately that's not entirely true. There are way too many teenage pregnancies in the US even though their society is supposedly open.. you're forgetting the "Bible Belt" in the South where Creationism is seriously taught in science classes and Evolution is the tool of Satan =/ I think Sex Ed there is out of the question. There is some kind of sex education in public schools, but their education system over there is severely deteriorating.
