Default Re: Coffee Addiction and Health Risks - 27th April 2006

Great Thread ... Since I am a coffee expert, I can guarantee you the following:

Coffee is drunk all over the world, everyday, by both young and old but like many other things we enjoy in our evryday life, we sometimes question whether it is good for us. From the thousands of studies done on coffee, it is becoming increasingly clear, that drinking a moderate amount of up to 2 cups a day (one in the morning and one in the afternoon) is not harmful and may even have some health benefits. It can for instance enhance your mood, increase your energy, and may lessen the risks of certain diseases. Note that coffee is also good for the liver.

But ... When you drink more that 4 cups a day, HON EL KERSE ... Major disadvantages may happen, and I note:
1- Heartburn.
2- Stomach pain.
3- Increasing of Cholesterol.
4- Bad for the baby (for pregnant women).
5- Alzheimer (with time).
6- Sleeping problems (Since coffee is a stimulator).
7- Osteoporosis (with time).
8- Dehydration.

MY Advises to Everyone of you ... (Based on a long experience in this field) are:
1- Drink Max 2 cups of coffee during the day.
2- Drink it with Caffeine (if it ain't caffeinated, it ain't coffee).
3- (FOR GUYS ONLY): LIKE your coffee like women: hot, strong, and steamy.
