Here's my opinion out of personal experience(s)
When you truly love, when you r deeply in love and I mean real love, you will never fall in the routine trap.
Routine doesnt exist in the relations that r based on :
- Understanding
- Trust
- Love (capital L)
- Respect (capital R)
however, if routine happens try to innovate in your daily lives. Sometimes, a simple gadget breaks it, a walk on the beach, a red rose...
Try to come out with ideas out of the box and you will break it
