Hello Dearest... Here Below a research I made On Abortion, and the conclusion I came up with was depended on the laws, regulations of some countries and Human values. ( And I would Like to appology from the users for the Long Post that it might Look Boring, But Hopefully Informative). The concept of abortion has entered the twenty-first century no less of a controversial issue than it was, when it entered the twentieth, for the question of its legality and morality is still hotly debated by both advocates and opposition.
The methodology of abortion, however, has entered the new century surrounded by a sense of safety, sterility(unfruitfulness) and sensibility unprecedented(exceptional or unique) in previous years. Women of the twenty-first century, however, should not forget the fact that what is currently condensed in a handful of pills represents over a hundred years of persistence and perseverance. It is a legacy long in coming and laced with lessons learned and boundaries broken."
The methodologies of abortion are the following:
A woman can get rid of her unborn baby using the following steps;
Note that there are three operations( suctions) and two natural abortion after the birth. Menstrual Extraction A very early suction abortion, often done before the pregnancy test is positive. Suction The procedure tears the baby's body into pieces and the tube frequently jerks as pieces of the baby become lodged (stuck).The placenta is then cut from the inner wall of the uterus and the scraps are sucked out into a bottle. Dilatation & Curettage (D&C) Uncommon today and used during the first 10 weeks of pregnancy. This is similar to the suction procedure except that the abortionist inserts a curette, a loop-shaped steel knife up into the uterus. He then cuts the placenta and baby into pieces and scrapes them out into a basin. Bleeding is usually profuse. Hysterotomy This method is usually used late in pregnancy and is likened to an "early" Caesarian section. The mother's abdomen and uterus are surgically opened and the baby is lifted out. Prostaglandin Abortions The hormone produces a violent labor and delivery of whatever size baby the mother carries. If the baby is old enough to survive the trauma of labor, it may be born alive, but is usually too small to survive. In one article, among the complications listed was "live birth!" RU-486 A drug that produces an abortion taken after the mother misses her period. Its effect is to block the use of an essential hormonal nutrient by the newly-implanted baby, who then dies, and drops off. US laws’ restricting abortions: In the early 1970’s, most states of the United States prohibited abortion except under special medical circumstances. Such circumstances included the need to protect the life or health of the mother. In the 1973, in the case of roe V. wade, the supreme court of the United States delivered a landmark decision on abortion. The court ruled that states could not forbid a woman to have an abortion during the first trimester (three months) of pregnancy. The court reasoned that early termination is usually safer for the woman than full-term pregnancy. During the second trimester, states may regulate abortion only to protect woman’s health. The Roe V. Wade decision held that the right of privacy is implied in the US constitution and allows a woman to decide for her if she will have an abortion.
A number of state legislatures have voted on bills that would outlaw abortion except in cases of rape, or to save the mother’s life, but most have not passed or have been vetoed by the governor. In 1992, the court upheld the 1973 ruling but permitted states to place further restrictions on abortion, such as parental or spousal notification and a 24 hours waiting period before the procedure. Canadian laws and regulations: During 1988, the Canadian Supreme Court declared the Federal law regulating abortion (Section 287 of the Criminal Code) was in conflict with the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms -- the Canadian constitution. It was thus unconstitutional. Parliament tried to pass a replacement law, but was unable to compromise on a suitable wording. The country has remained to this day without a law regulating abortions. Decisions are left up to the women, their doctors and medical associations. Abortions are readily available up to 20 weeks in hospitals of most large cities, and in a few free-standing clinics. How the religion looks at abortion. The Biblical mandate against abortion is as old as the law of God itself, and is not subject to man's rationalizations, or willful redefining. Man may try and justify abortion in his own mind, but he cannot by smooth words of nullification make what is transgression, righteous. The law of God states simply and quite definitely, that all God religions’ extremely forbid the abortion under any reason..
Obviously It is not a matter of accepting or rejecting the idea of abortion, perhaps, it is a matter directly related to human’s beliefs, values, life conditions and relations with God.
