I will not talk about any personal experience. I just want to post an article about the BIGGEST Serial Killer of our time:

Doctor HAROLD SHIPMAN

Dr Harold Frederick Shipman, known as Fred Shipman to his family (January 14, 1946 – January 13, 2004) was a British general practitioner who was the most prolific known serial killer in the history of Britain (and possibly the world).

He killed around 250 patients from the 1970s to 1998, in Hyde, Greater Manchester, mainly elderly women who lived alone and were otherwise in good health. He was eventually caught after he ineptly forged a new will in the name of one of his victims. He was convicted on 15 sample charges in 2000 and sentenced to life imprisonment. He committed suicide in 2004 at HMP Wakefield, West Yorkshire, without admitting or explaining his crimes.

His patients - mainly elderly women - were living alone and vulnerable. They adored their doctor, Harold "Fred" Shipman.
Even when their contemporaries began dying in unusually high numbers, patients remained loyal to the murderous M.D.
For as long as he spared them, his victims loved their doctor to death.
