On the other hand, if ur exercising, u cannot rely on the energy expenditure of fat breakdown, cos its a slow process which cannot provide the proper amount of energy...
I really think the Atkins diet only works, for people with low metabolism, or u can say people with low activity...

well I did a modified atkin (keto) diet where I carb up once a week to preserve my muscle glycogen.
