If your are refering to the cholesterol isdie the egg yellow I will give this fact : igesting high amount of cholesterol doesnt increase the cholesterol in your body however eating a lot of animal fat and fast acting carbs like sugar can increase the cholesterol.
Trust me I am guru when it come to diets, I tried 4 diets til now the 40/40/20 diet , the CKD diet , the TKD diet and the warrior diet.
if your an anti-fat i will tell that the CKD made me lose 18 kg of fat in 4 months and you know what are the macronutritient proportion in the diet? its 30% protein , 70%fat (espacially coconut fat) and 0% carbs , then on saturday you eat 30% protein , 0% fat and 70% carbs to restore your muscle glycogen , fat alone cannot make you fat its the carb+fat that make people fat , if you eat a huge amount of fat alone without carbs your body will begin to break this fat +your body fat into ketones and burning those ketones for energy, carbs are the ennemy of any dieters!long time ago cave men were more alert stronger and tougher and they only ate fats and meat but the agriculture was introduced to the man kind espacialy the wheat people started to get weaker lazier and fatter, try it eat 30% protein and 70% fat for 2 weeks and see how agressive , strong and alert you will be, if a fly pass beside you ,you can notice it!
