My best is salsa. Tell someone u'r going to a salsa club & u reveal the language, the high-heeled dress code,& the fact that u'r about to have an energetic night out. Salsa is what u eat..In Spanish "salsa" means "sauce"..like adding sauce on ur moves...a dance of flavor, spiciness & liturgy! Music of soul & body...
P.S. Bodhi no need to worry bout ur shoes..ur partner could help, she will have to lead u in a way u won't step on her foot..although in partner dances the man(salseros) is the LEADER...& the woman(salseras) is the FOLLOWER.. but still she can help,so run find urself a professional partner & don't worry bout the rest..If u can't find one...i can help |
WooHooo!!! We have quite the dancer here!! Mui Caliente!!! Vamonos a Bailar!!!
I love dancing a lot...I started with Folklore dancing, Oriental belly dancing, Salsa, Merengue, Cha cha!!! Bas I am just an amateur!
I love dabke, and I danced with a group at the University for 2 years. We did Lebanese Folklore dances, and dabke... I enjoyed that a lot.
Bas my absolute favorite to watch is the Tango!!! Nothing more erotic than that!!!
THe dances that I am pretty good at and I love are: Charleston and Tap dancing!!! Tap is awesome and very lively, especially the exaggerated Broadway tap! I love the beat and the rhythm resulting from it. I love Charleston too!!!! The setting of the Charleston in the 1920s is something else!! It is not as easy as it seems to be either!
Aside from all that, I love to just stand infront of the mirror and do the macarena with my 2 year-old daughter...
